Competence.
Since 1995 experience as a recruitment company, originally in the Netherlands and Belgium, but because of internationalisation of companies, also in other European countries. Initially started in the telecommunication market (the first customer was a Mobile Operator). Because of technological developments now involved in all areas within this market. The current technologies converged Telecom, IT and Internet.

Network.
The experience with telecommunication enabled a selective build network (people!) and databases. TelView has build a strong reputation among telecom and datacom companies and candidates.

Knowlegde.
Involvement in technology has resulted in ‘knowledge’. Whether it is mobile telephony or –content, if it is fixed telephony or WIMAX, if it is ALL-IP or Optical, TelView has experience is these areas.

Understanding.
Not only in technology but moreover ‘which candidate fits which employer' and vice versa. For instance: A Product Manager of a telecom retail chain is not the same as a Product Manager of a telecom Network Operator even though they might have similar product knowledge. A Service Level Manager for a 'Hosting' company will not be the same position as a Service Level Manager for a 'TNOC' (Telecom Network Operating Center).
