Recruitment is knowing what goes on within the company of the customer: the structure of the organization, owners/shareholders, management, colleagues and culture. Only then we are able to exercise our job well. This involvement is essential for the best results.

No Cure: No Pay.
TelView knows different type of agreements. For companies which are known to us, we normally work on the basis of NCNP (no cure no pay). This means we only invoice when a positive result has been achieved. Normally we charge our fee as a percentage of the yearly salary of the candidate after the agreement between the candidate and employer is signed. The percentage depends on the type of assignment. Is the assignment a year-contract or is it a one-off recruitment assignment? Also the content of the agreement can make the difference. Personal interviews, references or business network checks or other important aspects in judging the candidate can make a difference.

Guarantees.
We offer our customers guarantees. The main guarantee is ‘results’. Despite of the efforts of everyone involved, it can happen that after a period of time it seems the wrong decision has been made by candidate or employer. In some cases this can lead to a FOC new recruitment assignment.
